By using Web Crawler and Textual Analysis programs to create a unique and extensive blockholder dataset, my Ph.D. dissertation examines the impact of blockholders governance related to the information quality of stock prices, blockholder structures and firm performance, and the prospect of short-selling activities at the firm-level.
