This study examines challenges faced by Malaysian women entrepreneurs because of their gender, race and the type of business they own. The study finds that Malaysian women entrepreneurs are creative in using different approaches to overcome the challenges they face. They strategically use their personal power to establish credibility and become successful women entrepreneurs in the Malaysian business world.
