Recent advancements in nanotechnology have provided a promising approach in cancer therapy through the development of nano-carriers. Niosomes are a type of nano-carrier that has been gaining popularity due to their unique features which make them favourable for the controlled delivery of drugs to cancer sites. This thesis examines the distribution of niosomes in breast cancer-bearing mice through the use of nuclear imaging devices to determine the accumulation of niosomes within the tumour site and each organ.
