During childhood, sleep disturbance has significant impacts on mental and physical health. Whilst we know that adults with CF have more sleep problems, little is known about the effects of sleep disturbance on mood and quality of life (QOL) in children. The aim of this study was to clarify the burden of sleep disturbance in children (7-18 years) with CF compared to healthy children, to evaluate the clinical factors associated with sleep disturbance and to investigate the impacts of sleep disturbance on mood and QOL in this group. %I Monash University
